Did you know that eating hemp has a ton of health benefits? When you eat raw hemp, you get the benefits of all the cannabinoids, terpenes and omegas in the plant. You can grind it up and throw it into a smoothie, add it to your salad and much more! When you eat it without cooking it, you get the benefits of all the acidic versions of the cannabinoids.

Smoking hemp has great benefits as well! All the hemp we carry have great cannabinoid profiles and are all high in CBD. This is the most natural way to get CBD in your life. When you smoke the hemp, it goes through a process called decarboxylation that changes the acidic version of the cannabinoids (CBDA) to their non-acidic version (CBD).
